Charges against suspects downing MH17

The charges brought against the suspects by the Public Prosecutor are stated in the summons of 2 October 2019:

• Downing of flight MH17
• Murder / manslaughter on the passengers of flight MH17.

The summons are anonymized and apply to all four suspects. The names of the 298 victims are included in the summons.

During the first session on 9 March 2020 the public prosecutor has announced in court the charges that have been filed and read out the names of the 298 victims.
