Policies
The PPS has provided three legal instruments in the field of aviation cases. The investigation and prosecution policy is contained in the Instruction for Criminal Investigation and Prosecution of Civil Aviation Occurrences [VA(N1] . Sentencing guidelines can be found in the Guideline for Criminal Proceedings in Aviation Legislation [VA(N2] . Finally, there is the ‘Instruction on enforcement of alcohol use in aviation [VA(N3] ’, which relates to imposition of a temporary prohibition to perform work and confiscation of licenses.
